This is a vintage set of Universal Auto Body Moulding Clips.
I found this stored in my father's shop.  The kit seems mostly complete.  I am sure my father used a few of the clips way back on some older cars, but it doesn't seem like many of the clips are missing.  The instructions are included.  I think they used to be glued to the inside of the box top but they are now loose.   The box definitely has quite a bit of storage wear.
